Hair jigs and worm harnesses fished off 3-way rigs is the way to go. The hope is this cold weather will be a good thing for later winter and spring steelhead action. Cooling weather and water will also help bring on better brown trout and steelhead action and the area is not likely to suffer thru any more real warm weather now that we are well into October. If an angler arrives at a parking lot and there are several cars, they should consider going to another parking lot.
