Sr. Monice served as pastoral minister at St. Fabian Parish, Bridgeview, IL, and Immaculate Conception Parish, Chicago; as director of the permanent diaconate formation program for the Archdiocese of Chicago; and as a member of the Resources for Mission Team for the Sinsinawa Dominican Congregation while living in Chicago. Vernon, New York. Professed in 1950, she taught in the following schools: Visitation, Chicago; St. James, Rockford, IL; St. Mary, Cheyenne, WY; St. Sabina, Chicago; Queen of Peace, Madison, WI; St. Barnabas, Chicago; St. Mary, Evanston, IL; St. Sr. Michaeleen was buried with her Dominican Sisters at St. Joseph Cemetery.
